Join us for an exhilarating journey into the world of arm balances!

 Whether you're looking to introduce arm balances into your practice for the first time or aiming to refine and deepen your existing skills, this workshop is designed to empower yogis of all levels. Discover the strength, balance, and focus needed to soar in poses like Crow, Side Crow, Fallen Angel, and more.

Instructor: Julie Ann Bastian – Certified Yoga Teacher with a passion for invigorating asanas and dynamic flows.

  • Technique & Alignment: Dive deep into the mechanics of key arm balances, exploring the alignment and adjustments needed to lift off with confidence.

  • Progressions & Modifications: Learn how to approach each pose progressively, with variations and modifications to suit your level and unique anatomy.

  • Flow Integration: Experience how arm balances can be woven seamlessly into a flowing sequence, adding a new dimension to your practice.

  • Cool Down & Reflection: Wind down with a gentle cool-down session, reflecting on the journey and setting intentions for continued growth.
