100 HOURS
100 face hours with Australia's most comprehensive and information-rich trainings fully certified by Fitness Australia®.
AN INTIMATE GROUP
Unlike other courses that accept up to and over 50 participants, we are one of the rare trainings that accept an intimate group of no more than 15 for an excellent student-teacher ratio, and a personal, supportive, bespoke experience.
DOWN TO EARTH
Our school is renowned for being down to earth, authentic and welcoming. You don’t need to be slim, hip or cool to learn with us, everyone is welcome. Our school prides itself on our professional but light hearted approach.
EXPERT TEACHING
Our teacher training faculty are some of the most experienced and senior teachers in the industry. Learn from a degree qualified Occupational Therapist and Pilates Teacher who knows how to have fun.
What you’ll learn
This is a practical course - so although you learn a lot, most things are highly interactive, fun and as engaging as possible. Many activities involve not just learning dry philosophy but taking time for personal reflections and insights into how these apply to your own life. Our anatomy assessment will focus on looking at real bodies, in real poses, not high pressure exams or labelling two dimensional diagrams.
